CARNYX spent several years VJing up and down the west coast between 2009-2013 everywhere from renegade gatherings in the woods to big stages supporting international acts such as 6bloc, Skrillex, DJ Craze, Rusko, Egyptrixx, Paul Van Dyk, and others before settling into creating original content. Today, he spends most of his time developing bizarre ideas for filmed content using both modern and vintage filming equipment (GoPro, GH4, DV and CCTV cameras). CARNYX embraces an aesthetic that blends both the noisy feel of old DV/Vintage cameras as well as HD and UHD capture and compositing, bringing a unique and raw flavor for today's demanding VJs.
